Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search tool passes directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log or stored copy of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained long enough to review and answer it. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Loading a page can cause the servers and analytics services to receive ordinary technical visit data:

We do not maintain, assemble, or sell a personal criminal-record database. Published material explains how to reach Manitowoc County sheriff records, the Circuit Court clerk, Wisconsin DOJ's Crime Information Bureau, and the Wisconsin Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not compiled into a consumer report or a third-party criminal record, and this resource is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
